Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Services Coordinator to join our team at True Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 and collaborating with external resources to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 and lead the planning and management of advanced Revit techniques.
  • Collaborate with the MEP team to deliver quality projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures to improve project efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Revit best practices and industry standards.
  • Quality control of models and associated drawings, schedules, and other deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building services coordination and management.
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM project set-up.
  • Strong understanding of building services engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
