Job Overview

This is a senior management position within True Engineers, a leading building services engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and coordinating the development of building information models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and external resources to deliver high-quality BIM projects.
  • Develop and implement advanced Revit techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the MEP team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Quality control of models and associated drawings, schedules, and other deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of systems and procedures to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop sketches and concepts into detailed drawings with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health systems).
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, including BIM project set-up, family creation, and COBie data set-up.
  • Proficiency in office project software, including Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to establish strong working relationships with team members.
