Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.

- A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.
