Job Opportunity

Business Analyst - Contract

Cornwallis Elt is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client in the delivery of their risk management portfolio initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product owner to understand business needs and goals, and articulate them to progress delivery
  • Conduct analysis to identify future state operating models through process and technology, and understand current state processes
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and document non-functional requirements as user stories
  • Identify relationships, dependencies, and impacts of change on multiple systems and processes
  • Stakeholder management - support the product owner to interact with all levels of management, obtain buy-in, and manage expectations
  • Work effectively as part of a project team alongside the Product Owner, Scrum master, and delivery team, and actively participate in sprint ceremonies

Requirements

  • Solid data analyst experience, having worked on data requirements, data flows, and a solid understanding of data lineage
  • Experience working in both process change programs and new implementations
  • Experience of working with agile methodologies
  • Business/Product analysis experience and knowledge of business analysis methodologies
  • Lloyd's or Company Market experience is essential
