**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our team in London. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our FM services. You will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality services and meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of Shift Technicians to deliver FM services to our clients
* Ensure the smooth operation of our services and meet client needs
* Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality services
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
