Electrical Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in London. As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and report on electrical system performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Shift Leader or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
