Electrical Shift Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our Critical Banking Team at PRS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance, as well as other general building services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to reactive and planned maintenance to plant throughout the Data Centre.
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and provide appropriate responses upon alarm activations.
  • Ensure strong communication with the client and management team.
  • Lead and develop staff under your control, ensuring sub-contractors are compliant.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of LV and HV electrical systems, data hall cooling/humidity, BMS systems monitoring, UPS, generator systems, electrical installation, and safe systems of work.
  • Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training.
  • Any banking experience/data centre/critical environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off-site training.
