About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop CRM solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to define CRM features and functionality.
  • Assist in prioritizing the CRM development backlog and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM's functionality and quality.
  • Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CRM Business Analyst who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of sales operations, business analysis tools and methodologies, and experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.

In addition to the core skills and experience required for this role, you should be able to demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Working Pattern and Location

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The location is Colchester or Warwick, UK, with occasional international travel.
