About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager to join our award-winning Ecommerce department at Gardiner Bros and Company (leathers) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales by proactively managing the listing of globally recognized, branded products with a vast array of online businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful live listing of brands and products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to retailers.
  • Monitor sales performance by account, analyzing styles, genders, brands, and categories to inform commercial decisions.
  • Make data-driven decisions on listing new styles, utilizing gap analysis processes to ensure all products have been offered to retailers and selection statuses are up to date.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new retailers, producing customer templates and data mapping to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day problems, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Deliver sales reporting internally and externally, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
