Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a key senior member, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our residents while effectively managing your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate tasks to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Oversee medication management and assist with rota planning
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with care standards
  • Participate in staff training and recruitment
  • Manage personnel issues and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment

Requirements

  • Relevant SVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in care
  • Commitment to our Christian ethos
  • Ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos
  • Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
