We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care team, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our residents while effectively managing your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate tasks to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Oversee medication management and assist with rota planning
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Support the Service Manager in delivering a quality improvement plan and conducting audits
- Participate in staff training and recruitment, and manage personnel issues as needed
Requirements
- Relevant SVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in care
- Commitment to our Christian ethos
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with SSSC
- Ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos
