Job Title: Programme Manager Fleet Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the Fleet Systems Programme for Translink. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the programme, including Energy Management System projects, Telematics, WiFi, and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the programme budget, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a team of programme managers, coordinators, and administrators to deliver the programme objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Translink management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure that all programme activities are aligned with Translink's governance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to a degree level or equivalent in a technical or business subject.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of project management, planning, and control processes within a systems environment.
  • Experience of managing interfaces within an operational environment.
  • Contract/financial management experience, including management of large project budgets.
  • Experience of managing people within an operational environment, including allocation of projects and managing the workload within the project's office.
  • Experience of managing complex projects in a large organisation across multiple sites.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience of working and communicating in a unionised environment.
  • Project management qualification.
