Job Summary

Translink is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the Fleet Systems Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the programme, including Energy Management System projects, Telematics, WiFi, and other projects. The approved programme spend over the next 4 years is circa £30 Million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all elements of the Fleet Systems Programme, including project planning, control, and budgeting.
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver the programme's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance policies and procedures.
  • Manage interfaces within an operational environment and contract/financial management experience.
  • Experience of managing people within an operational environment, including allocation of projects and managing workload.
  • Experience of managing complex projects in a large organisation across multiple sites.

Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of working and communicating in a unionised environment.
  • Project Management Qualification.
