Job Overview

As a Mobilisation Manager at ISS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security vertical is delivered in line with legislation and audit needs. You will work closely with Key Account Management teams to develop and implement effective security strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement risk management plans.

• Establish a comprehensive understanding of security risks across the customer estate and develop strategies to reduce risk.

• Manage time effectively to balance on-site visits and other commitments.

• Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.

Professional and Personal Competencies

• A risk management qualification is highly desirable.

• Operational experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership working skills are essential.

• Ability to see the big picture and make effective decisions.
