Job Title: Mobilisation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Manager to join our team at ISS. As a Mobilisation Manager, you will work closely with our Key Account Management teams to ensure the security vertical is delivered in line with legislation and audit needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client premises as directed and work collaboratively with the mobilisation team to develop controls for live security risks.
  • Establish links to subject matter expert (SES) and liaise with him to offer deliverable TVRA and SMP's to live risks and issues.
  • Establish a 'live picture' of security risks across the customer estate and support the development of strategies to reduce risk.
  • Manage time effectively; balancing contact time with establishments and other commitments to maximise their impact on live risk areas.
  • Complete threat and vulnerability and risk assessments to interrogate and assess establishment's susceptibility to operational security risks.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • A risk management qualification – Evidence of current study towards obtaining will be considered.
  • Operational experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience of project working and working remotely would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), leadership and partnership working skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to make effective decisions.
