Job Title: Mobilisation Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Manager to join our team at ISS. As a Mobilisation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security vertical is delivered in line with legislation and audit needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits to assess security risks and develop controls to mitigate these risks.
• Collaborate with Key Account Management teams to ensure the security vertical is delivered in line with customer needs.
• Establish links with subject matter experts to provide deliverable TVRA and SMP's to live risks and issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce security risks across the customer estate.
• Manage time effectively to balance site visits and other commitments.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• A risk management qualification is desirable, but not essential.
• Operational experience is beneficial, but not essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership working skills are essential.
• Ability to see the big picture and make effective decisions.
