Job Summary

Bryntirion Surgery, a well-established and reputable healthcare provider, is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their close-knit team. As an autonomous practitioner, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and treatment to patients with various health needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, manage, and prescribe treatment for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Work independently to provide face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations.
  • Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
  • Collaborate with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and Nurses to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
  • Masters degree or Postgraduate diploma or degree for Advanced Practice Qualification or RCN accreditation as a Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber.
  • Meets the standards for registered ANP working at advanced level and holds a Minor Illness qualification.
