Key Responsibilities
  • Active supervision of students, providing clear instructions and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Effective communication with students to maintain their engagement and motivation in cover lessons.
  • Management of student behavior in line with school policies, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Displaying excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic school environment.
  • Utilizing good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills to support and include all students, regardless of their background or ability.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Reporting back to teachers as required, providing feedback and updates on student progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably in a teaching or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the school and its students.
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, with the ability to support students with varying needs and abilities.
