Your Responsibilities:
- Uphold high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring a nurturing environment and enriching resources for children.
- Take on key carer duties for assigned children, fostering their growth and development.
- Ensure that all children receive engaging and age-appropriate experiences that support their learning journey.
- Prepare and facilitate children's activities that promote exploration and creativity.
- In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective daily management of the nursery environment.
- Contribute to the nursery's compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
- Support and mentor students and less experienced staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare practices.
