Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, logistical distribution, and customer communication. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Process sales orders and related documents within the ERP system
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Logistical Distribution
- Plan, review, and communicate logistical distribution of Fanuc products
- Ensure financial control from point of customer order to delivery
- Customer Communication
- Arrange deliveries for local project requirements
- Communicate with external customers and internal departments
- Provide regular updates on order statuses
- Customs Support
- Provide customs support with import and exports of Fanuc products
- Forecasting and Demand Planning
- Forecast and plan demand for Fanuc products and options
- Quality Control
- Ensure high quality of delivered goods
- Measure quality with dedicated KPIs
- Business Growth and Development
- Align with Fanuc strategies to support business growth targets
- Implement change within the organization
- Process Development and Improvement
- Support process development and continuous improvement activities

Requirements
- Education
- University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
- Experience
- 4+ years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Skills
- Good knowledge of customs
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office package
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Determined and flexible individual
