Facilities Operations Coordinator

Boden Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their team in London. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities and IT tickets, responding to requests within required service level agreements
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the membership team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers
- Collaborate with membership managers to conduct space audits, supporting operational excellence
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure consistent service across all spaces
- Monitor facilities and IT contractors to ensure performance targets are met and works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely
- Support the facilities manager in enforcing health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices
- In the absence of the facilities manager, take control of emergency situations and evacuation plans
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and processes, implementing changes as required
- Assist the facilities manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and tender processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities role, preferably as a coordinator, assistant, or administrator
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Understanding of health and safety principles
- Strong administration skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
