Stock Replenishment Specialist - M&S - WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: hours per week, working any 4 out of 7 days including weekends

As a Stock Replenishment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing significant volumes of incoming shipments, unpacking merchandise, and distributing stock to both the sales floor and designated storage areas, either independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for you, our customers, and our colleagues to take pride in their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing stock with precision and to the highest quality, which includes locating, packing, and swiftly transferring stock in and out of the store.

• Organizing and managing incoming shipments.

• Committed to delivering outstanding operational standards.

• Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively within a team.

Desired Attributes: A genuine passion for ensuring customers have an exceptional experience in-store. Confidence in communicating effectively within the team. Driven to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards. Adaptable to meet the evolving needs and goals of the company. Physically capable of lifting and transporting stock.
