We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Professional to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our In-Life Partner Management team, you will play a critical role in establishing a coherent contract lifecycle management function to bring rigor and compliance to our contract spend.
Your primary responsibility will be to support partnership management initiatives and functional leadership in executing and monitoring partnership commitments. This will involve analyzing performance data, creating executive-level reports, and monitoring KPIs to ensure the commercial soundness of contracted services.
You will also be responsible for supporting regular partner review meetings with stakeholders and the partner account team to report and review performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of process improvements within the partnerships management area.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data from various sources and create executive-level reports to inform business decisions.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure the commercial soundness of contracted services and identify areas for improvement.
- Support regular partner review meetings with stakeholders and the partner account team to report and review performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements within the partnerships management area.
- Negotiate with partners to reach compromise or agreement while avoiding argument and dispute.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster understanding and connection.
- Apply commercial acumen to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Ability to build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
- Knowledge of commercial constructs and their impact on bottom and top line performance.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and influencing business outcomes.
