Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers using our latest skincare and beauty products.
  • Meet sales targets and promote our No7 offers and in-store promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Share your expertise with your wider store team to ensure customers receive the best advice.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for skincare and beauty, with a desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver great customer service.
  • Previous experience working with customers and using skincare and beauty products is desirable.
