About the Role

As a Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert, you will be the heart of our stores and counters, empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves. You will combine your artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting connections. Your mission is to make our products accessible to everyone, adapting your style to suit each customer's needs.

  • You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
  • You will build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.
  • You will champion world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, serving as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and sharing your knowledge with customers.
  • You will adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive stratospheric success.
  • You will maintain the company's grooming standards, knowing what good looks like and being confident in your display.
About You
  • You will ideally hold an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment like beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • You will aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the industry and continues to grow, loving all things Charlotte Tilbury and eager to spread the word.
  • You will have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers' needs.
