We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to become a vital part of our Build Team in the Southern Region.

Location: Flexible working from one of our Southern Offices.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the Operational Team, delivering building services expertise throughout various projects from the initial tender phase to the final delivery and commissioning stages.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting the selection process of sub-contractors from our supply chain for tendering.
  • Assisting in the management of the commissioning process and ensuring compliance with as-built and maintenance documentation.
  • Gathering project reports from your team and compiling a summary report for the Technical Director regarding the projects overseen.
  • Evaluating Technical Submittals from subcontractors.
  • Ensuring the quality of installations.

Candidate Profile:

This Facilities Operations Manager role is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a main contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners.
  • A proven track record in delivering substantial Building Services packages valued at £5M or more.
