Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our BizOps department, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sustainability Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with Oxwash's mission and long-term goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business processes and operations.
  • Sustainability Project Management
    • Manage and deliver sustainability-related projects and initiatives, including energy, water, carbon, waste reduction, and charity collaborations.
    • Track and measure the impact of sustainability interventions and provide regular progress reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
    • Communicate sustainability initiatives and progress to stakeholders through various channels.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Compliance
    • Develop and implement sustainability reporting and disclosure processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Strong specialist and technical knowledge in environmental and social sustainability.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex sustainability challenges.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives.
