About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Manager to join our team at Oxwash. As a key member of our BizOps department, you will play a critical role in delivering our strategic sustainability vision and driving environmental impact reduction across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Impact Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce environmental impact across all aspects of our business, including energy, water, carbon, and waste reduction.
  • Sustainability Project Management: Manage and deliver sustainability-related projects and initiatives, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable supply chain management.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely sustainability reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and best practices, and to build relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on sustainability best practices and policies, and support the development of a sustainability-aware culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Technical Competency: Strong technical knowledge of environmental sustainability, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable supply chain management.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a clear sustainability vision aligned with the organization's mission and long-term strategy.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex sustainability challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and monitor sustainability initiatives effectively.
