Position: Cleaning Team Member

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

We are in search of an individual who shares our commitment to cleanliness and can contribute meaningfully to our gym team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cleaning standards and the ability to engage with our members while fulfilling their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks to uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Document all cleaning activities and tasks on appropriate checklists to maintain company standards.
  • Comply with COSHH regulations, ensuring the proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Work Part Time hours, primarily during evenings.
  • Receive compensation at the National Minimum Wage.

Candidate Profile:

  • Dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, capable of multitasking and working independently.
  • Effective communication skills and an approachable demeanor towards members and colleagues.
