About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Cleaning Washrooms: Clean and sanitize washrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers, to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Cleaning Floors: Use mops, vacuum cleaners, and floor cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of floors and prevent the spread of dirt and germs.
- Carry out Cleaning Tasks: Perform cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and supervisor, with agreed timescales.
- Dusting and Tidying: Dust and tidy assigned areas, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Punctuality and Attendance: Be punctual and attend for duty as requested, ensuring that you are available to perform your duties at the scheduled time.
- Chemical and Cleaning Product Handling: Handle and store chemical and cleaning products safely, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Quality Standards: Achieve the highest standard of work, with a positive team spirit, and continuously develop and improve quality standards.
- Client and Manager Expectations: Meet managers', clients', and company expectations, responding to any reasonable request of the company or client.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that products, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored, and use your initiative to resolve problems where appropriate.
- Appearance and Conduct: Ensure that your appearance and conduct comply with the expectations of the company and the appropriate clothing/PPE is always worn.
- Communication: Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues to the supervisor or management team.
