Occupational Health Medical Services Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Medical Services Implementation Manager to join our team at GSK. This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity to implement the required OH medical services to support new global GSK internal governance requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with site and above site OH leadership to identify required resources to implement the OH services required for compliance. This includes developing and delivering training to support the changes to OH service requirements where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure clarity on the updated governance as it applies to OH service delivery.
- Collaborate with site EHS/OH leadership to implement the OH services required for compliance.
- Develop and deliver training to support the changes to OH service requirements where required.
- Provide project reporting to the OH leadership team and other enterprise stakeholders.
- Develop an assurance approach to demonstrate compliance in business as usual state.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- UK Registered, Experienced Occupational Health Nurse/ Occupational Physician.
- Experience of leading and delivering Occupational Health services.
