Occupational Health Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a proactive health service that protects and promotes the physical and psychological wellbeing of all employees.
  • Carry out the full remit of an Occupational Health Advisor, including health screening, health surveillance, case management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across functions of HR, Safety, and the wider business.
  • Support the development of the OH technicians and the wider OH team.
  • Provide clinical advice to support the wellbeing strategy, including wellbeing initiatives across the annual calendar.
  • Lead on projects and drive service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver health screening and health surveillance services to employees.
  • Manage cases and provide support to employees with health-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Safety, and other business functions.
  • Support the development of OH technicians and the wider OH team.
  • Provide clinical advice to support wellbeing initiatives and manager training activities.
  • Lead on projects and drive service delivery improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a related field.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
