Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and communicative Part-time Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative and Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling customer inquiries, monitoring a busy inbox, and responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Update in-house systems and perform ad-hoc duties as required by the team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability for work.
- Ability to work part-time hours of 24.5 hours per week, including every other Saturday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
