About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will play a vital role in supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities, and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.
  • Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
  • Participating in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.

Shifts:

7.00am - 11.00am, 7.00am - 15.00pm, 15.00pm - 22.00pm, 22.00pm - 08.00am, Monday to Friday, and alternate weekends.
