Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas, communal spaces, and their bedrooms.
- Participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
- Deliver high-quality care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and respect.

- Competitive pay rates, including £11.54 per hour for days, £11.84 per hour for weekends, and £12.54 per hour for waking nights.
