About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radis Community Care.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users, who are elderly and require assistance with daily living tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with mobility.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with our service users in recreational and social activities, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
