About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with clients to provide one-to-one care, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence. You'll also have the opportunity to pursue your NVQ in Health and Social Care, enhancing your skills and career prospects.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 2 years of care work experience.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Good communication skills.
