About the Role

As a Support Worker with Active Care Group, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them live independently with dignity. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about care work and eager to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of care work experience.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Good communication skills.
