Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars

Location: Bury Saint Edmunds

Salary: Up to £20,000 base salary and uncapped bonus – OTE Up to 50K + company car + benefits

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm

Our client: A leading automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately £250 million and over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service that projects the quality image of the brand and the company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Meet personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.

Requirements:

  • A successful and stable track record (ideally within the automotive industry, although not necessary as full training will be provided).
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
