Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: Up to £20,000 base salary and uncapped bonus – OTE Up to 50K + company car + benefits

Full Time and Permanent

Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm

Sales Executives will work every Saturday and alternate Sundays So 1 week you will work 5 days (including Saturday) and the next week you will work 6 days (including Saturday and Sunday)

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving personal car sales targets, and delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
  • Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role
Requirements
  • Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Hold a minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
