Excell Supply: Contract Courier Training Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Instructor to deliver a comprehensive classroom-based program to courier van drivers as part of their onboarding process.

Program Overview

The training program is designed to provide an overview of the processes and procedures that courier drivers need to follow when making deliveries to private houses or business premises, as well as highlighting the risks associated with driving.

Training Schedule

The training will take place on a full day on Wednesday and a half day on Thursday or Friday, with a maximum class size of 35 attendees.

Training Content

The training program will cover the following topics:

  • Introduction to the course and the mobile phone application
  • Five E-Learning modules using mobile phones
  • Session leader assistance and troubleshooting
  • Overview of different types of deliveries
  • Quiz content and video presentations

The training program is mandatory for all new courier drivers and is designed to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively.
