We are seeking a skilled Classroom Tutor to join our team of professionals providing high-quality training to courier van drivers across the UK.

This is a contract-based position that requires delivering classroom-based training programs to courier van drivers as part of their onboarding process. The training focuses on providing an overview of the processes and risks associated with driving, ensuring our drivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

• Deliver classroom-based training programs to groups of up to 35 attendees
• Utilize a learning management platform to deliver content, including E-Learning modules, slides, and quizzes
• Conduct knowledge checks and attendance reports
• Participate in train-the-trainer sessions to familiarize yourself with the content and registration processes

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be comfortable using technology and learning management platforms.
