Pallet Network Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pallet Network Administrator to join our team at OSE European Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pallet network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the pallet network manager in the day-to-day running of local pallet deliveries and collections.
- Route planning and optimization to ensure efficient delivery and collection schedules.
- Ensure the night trunk truck is loaded each night for the hub.
- Receive and make outbound calls to drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and collection of pallets.
- Complete general administrative tasks, including uploading jobs to the system and processing proof of delivery documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and systems.
