Link3 Recruitment is seeking a committed Early Years Education Leader to oversee our team and maintain exceptional standards of childcare and education in our nursery.

Inspire and guide the team to provide exemplary early education and care, striving for excellent inspection ratings.
Ensure adherence to Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines, standards, and all pertinent policies.
Address the unique needs of children, including health considerations and special educational needs/disabilities, ensuring positive developmental outcomes.
Utilize nursery management software to oversee occupancy and comply with budgetary constraints.
Guarantee the safety of children and staff, fostering environments that support safe risk-taking.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and human resources policies, conducting investigations as necessary.
Remain informed about current practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Possess a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and fulfill all EYFS standards; a Level 2 Mathematics qualification is required or must be obtained within two years of employment or internal role changes.

Demonstrate substantial post-qualification experience in early years education and childcare.
Hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of EYFS, Development Matters, Birth to Five Matters, and current early years legislation.
Understand child development and effectively plan and implement the EYFS curriculum, considering the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice.
Proven post-qualification experience in early education and childcare
Possess sound IT skills and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs, nursery management software, social media platforms, and online portals.
