We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Designer to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers, designing kitchens and bathrooms that exceed their expectations, and achieving sales and service targets.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a consultative approach to sales, with the ability to work in a face-to-face capacity with customers. You will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, as well as offering a consultative service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers
- Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
- Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers; bring a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity
- Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
- Offer a consultative service to customers
- Provide any technical information as required
- Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
