Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Thorn Baker Group. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling metal steel frames, cutting boards to bespoke sizing, and installing rock walls into bathroom pods and modular pods.

Key Tasks:

  • Assemble metal steel frames into our modular pods
  • Cut boards to bespoke sizing to fit individual frames
  • Install rock walls into the sides and tops of bathroom pods and modular pods
  • Fitting temporary doors to our finished bathroom pods
  • Heat wrapping our bathroom pods for shipping
  • Report quality and design problems to supervisors and managers
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety legislation and Elements Europe risk assessment and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail, be a strong team player, and have the ability to take direction and ask questions if unsure. You will also need to be punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
