**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Wiring Harness Technician to join our team at our new premises near Telford. As a Trainee Wiring Harness Technician, you will receive comprehensive training to assemble wiring harnesses for some of the most prestigious names in motorsport and the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and test wiring looms and harnesses from technical drawings.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an agile team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform hands-on work competently to set production times.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 2 in an Engineering qualification or similar is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Hardworking, dedicated, and flexible with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
