The RoleWe are looking for an ER Specialist who can work proactively across the business, anticipating and managing risks. You will be a skilled communicator, able to coach and advise when necessary. It is essential that you are an adept influencer, effective in ambiguous situations.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled at identifying, communicating, and managing risk, seeking 'win-win' outcomes for all parties. You will work with colleagues to design and deliver training to mid-level people managers on ER policy and process.
This position requires the ability to effectively and clearly identify and mitigate risk, drawing on knowledge of relevant employment legislation to ensure legal compliance. You will prioritize work and case load, taking a highly planned and organized approach, setting clear steps and associated timeframes, and sharing these with key stakeholders.
