We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Trade to join our team at Niyaa People. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs on social housing properties around the area.

This is an ongoing contract, on a self-employed basis for a minimum of four months. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset, including:

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Patch plastering
  • Tiling

We are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade who:

  • Has experience working on social housing contracts
  • Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
  • Has their own van

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

  • £23 per hour
  • 40 hours per week on a long-term contract
  • Long-term contract
