We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our In-House Maintenance Team at Midland Heart Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our 35,000 homes are well-maintained and safe for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and/or special projects, including carpentry, plastering, and decorating.
  • Work in both occupied and empty properties, using your skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of site safety and safe working practices.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to use a company vehicle.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £46,000 per annum, plus a performance bonus of up to £5,000 per annum.
